About the Role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through digital channels. You'll manage and create compelling content, help execute multi-channel campaigns, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and briefing of paid media content across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and more – ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyse campaign, audience, and creative performance; provide insights and actionable recommendations.
- Manage and update website content, keeping it engaging, accurate, and SEO-optimised.
- Collaborate with internal teams to source stories and transform them into high-performing content.
- Tailor content for each social platform, ensuring it’s fit-for-purpose and visually impactful.
- Support the scheduling and delivery of email and SMS campaigns, with tracking and performance analysis.
- Assist in developing blog articles, email marketing, and website copy to support growth.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and insights.
- Build and maintain a clean customer database for campaign targeting and nurturing.
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A passion for digital and social media, and a flair for creating engaging content.
- A genuine excitement for connecting with people and turning technical stories into compelling narratives.
- Strong written and visual storytelling skills.
- Previous experience in a marketing or digital content role (experience in construction, mining or tech industries a bonus).
- Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, WordPress/Wix, and basic analytics tools.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong work ethic.
