About the Company


Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) delivers professional correctional services and programs to reduce the risk of re-offending and enhance public safety. It serves a key function of the NSW Communities and Justice Sector by providing effective, safe and humane management of offenders both in custody and in the community CSNSW also works in partnership with other government and community agencies to ensure that offenders and their families are supported.


About the role

Lithgow Correctional Centre is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide a range of financial, administrative and clerical services such as offender finance and administration, , purchasing, cash handling, asset and records management. You will be required to create, compile and distribute quality documents demonstrating a superior and well-structured writing style for effective operation of the work area in accordance with legislation, policy and practice.


To be successful for this role, you will display integrity at all times, and be a true team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will maintain confidentiality at all times whilst utilising your proven experience and knowledge to meet the demands of this role effectively. Resilience, initiative, high attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to work under pressure are the key attributes to succeed in this fast-paced role.

  • Current and valid driving licence and willingness to travel within NSW
