As our Customer Recharge Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer-related maintenance costs are accurately identified, documented, and recouped. Your work will directly impact the company’s financial performance while partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to streamline and optimise our recharge process.

Ensure customer costs are accurately classified, billed, and recovered, driving financial transparency and efficiency.Work closely with Maintenance, Commercial, and Account Management to refine processes, negotiate claims, and improve cost recovery.Apply your technical and commercial knowledge in a high-visibility role with clear pathways for progression.Classify and process maintenance workscopes, track claims from initiation to cash collection, and maintain real-time visibility.Support Account Managers with claim evidence, guide Maintenance teams, and escalate non-recovered costs for approval.Identify opportunities to enhance accuracy, streamline workflows, and maximise cost recovery.
What You Bring
5+ years’ experience in a similar role, with expertise in diesel equipment and underground mobile assets.Strong contract and customer obligation management skills.High-level proficiency in CMMS (JDE preferred) and financial reporting.Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and influencing skills to drive results.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work autonomously within structured policies.
