In this Customer Excellence role, you will
- Be a key member of the Customer Excellence team within the Customer & Commercial Performance business. Contribute to an improvement in customer engagement and experience through driving continuous improvement opportunities and empowering our customer facing teams.
- Visit multiple NAB Branches regionally in order to build relationships and ensure the improvement of each branch.
- Have the ability to synthesise key themes emerging from the customer voice, customer complaints data and colleague feedback.
- Be expected to provide outer loop feedback to the Head of Customer Excellence and NAB Customer Experience teams.
- Assist delivery of financial plan and targets through productivity improvements and enhancements.
What you’ll bring
- Multiple years of experience in Banking/Financial Services.
- Experience in sales is required, leadership experience is preferable.
- The ability to drive continuous improvement and performance optimisation.
- Pace Mapping & Strategy experience highly valued.
- Experience in enabling Change Management delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with a background in stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint.
- Tertiary qualifications, ideally in a financial or business related discipline.
