About the Role
We seek a dynamic and results oriented Sales Representative who thrives on achieving targets and driving growth. In this pivotal role, you will be a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your industry expertise and sales acumen to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for mutual success. Your primary focus will be driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, optimising existing accounts, and showcasing innovative solutions from CommandeX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by offering tailored solutions across multiple CommandeX platforms.
  • Proactively generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging digital tools to build your client base.
  • Create impactful presentations and product demonstrations that showcase diverse solutions from CommandeX
  • Manage and prioritise a dynamic sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow ups and deal closures.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and position CommandeX as a market leader.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
  • Consistently Achieve sales targets by identifying high-potential opportunities and executing effective sales strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Highly self-motivated and results driven, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address client challenges.
  • Experience in the security screens, doors, or hardware industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with digital sales tools, including CRM systems, and mobile devices.
