PERMANENT:

Teacher - Learning Enhancement & Support

This role will work under the direction of our Head of Learning Enhancement and Support and will take on the role of Case Manager as well as undertake a teaching load within and outside of the LES faculty area.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  1. Demonstrated commitment to support the values of a contemporary Franciscan Catholic and capacity to work within the complexities and demands of this fast-paced secondary school environment, with high levels of personal and professional resilience and the ability to work as part of an agile, solutions-focused, collaborative teaching team.

  2. Demonstrated ability and experience in case management and knowledge of QCAA and NCCD processes and best practice in learning enhancement and support in a secondary school context.

  3. Demonstrated capacity as a teacher, with the ability to use a variety of high-impact pedagogical strategies, differentiation practices and data-informed practice to impact student outcomes and wellbeing.

  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure successful partnership with students and parents in support of enhancing Educational Wellbeing outcomes.
