Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Executive Assistant Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

Who we're seeking?
We’re searching for a dynamic, visionary, and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant Manager to oversee the Rooms Division and Food & Beverage operations at our flagship luxury property, Sails in the Desert. If you have proven leadership in five-star resorts or luxury hotels, a background in both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, this is the role for you!
Sails in the Desert is at the heart of our resort, offering sophisticated accommodations, world-class dining, and exclusive outdoor experiences, such as:
  • Sounds of Silence Dinner – a breathtaking fine-dining experience under the stars.
  • Field of Light's – an immersive art installation like no other.
  • Tali Wiru – an award-winning open-air gourmet dining experience.
  • Wintjiri Wiru Drone & Light Show – a spectacular, award-winning visual display that brings the night sky to life.
  • 13 Food & Beverage Outlets and Activations – including fine dining, casual eateries, cafes, bars, and conference & event spaces.
Our Rooms Division is just as integral as our renowned dining experiences. From the seamless arrival experience at reception to the impeccable luxury accommodations, your leadership will ensure that every aspect of the guest journey is flawless.
You will have a passion and drive for outstanding services standards, combined with a demonstrated history of developing, coaching, and mentoring your team towards this. An infectious positively and ability to motivate your team, while being resilient, calm and able to manage dynamic and pressure situations.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading & Mentoring – Inspiring a team of passionate hospitality professionals across both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage, setting the standard for luxury service excellence.
  • Rooms Division Expertise – Overseeing front office, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services, ensuring every guest experiences five-star service from check-in to check-out.
  • Food & Beverage Leadership – Managing multi-outlet dining, conference & event operations, ensuring the highest level of culinary and service excellence across our 13 F&B venues.
  • Operational Excellence – Driving efficiency and innovation across all areas of the resort, while maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction and team engagement.
  • Cultural & Community Engagement – Playing a pivotal role in our commitment to Indigenous training and employment programs, making a meaningful impact on the future of Indigenous hospitality professionals.
