The Training and Content Developer Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring users can effectively adopt system changes. Their primary responsibility is the planning, design, development and delivery of training material, user guides and other educational content to support transition.

About the Position
As the Training and Content Developer Lead, you will develop a comprehensive training and delivery plan which is aligned with project goals, user needs, and system functionalities, identify different user groups and tailor training approaches accordingly (e.g., administrators, end-users, IT support), define delivery methods (e.g., workshops, online courses, e-learning modules, webinars, self-paced guides), create innovative training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, video tutorials, FAQs, and interactive e-learning content to ensure end user competency and work with system SMEs and technical teams to ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and up to date.

About You
To be successful, you will require:
• Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Experience facilitating learning programs with a diverse, adult workforce and the ability to coach and mentor others.
• Excellent time management, deliverables management and stakeholder engagement skills in a multi-cultural workforce environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training using a variety of mediums.
• Demonstratable above average written and spoken English communication skills, with a sound understanding of writing in plain language.
• Advanced computer and MS Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 8. The base salary will be in the range of $104,888 – $118,578 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $122,718.96 – 138,736.26 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
