Padua College is an independent Catholic boys' day school for Years 5–12, conducted by the Franciscan Friars, with an enrolment of over 1,500 students. We are actively seeking a Teacher Aide (Inclusive Learning) to join our team.
The in-class Teacher Aide (Inclusive Learning) works in partnership with the Learning Area Leader of Inclusive Learning, College Teachers, and the College Leadership Team to enhance outcomes for students with diverse learning needs, including verified students, students with diagnosed and undiagnosed learning difficulties, students with limited literacy, numeracy, and organisational skills, and students requiring extension.
Key Responsibilities:

Work with students requiring learning support or extension, individually or in small groups within classroom settings, undertaking activities as directed by classroom teachers and/or the Learning Area Leader.

Assist with monitoring and evaluating student progress, recommending strategies to classroom teachers based on observations.

Under the supervision of teaching staff, prepare and manage resources for display around the College.

Support students in the use of a range of technology and assistive technologies.

Assist with the coordination and supervision of the inclusive learning exam schedule each term.
