The Contract Manager Affordable Housing Initiative reports directly to the Manager Affordable Housing Capital Program within the Major Projects and Housing Initiatives team. The role will lead the contract management, contract management plan, project management including risk management strategies. In addition, the role is responsible for leading proactive and collaborative engagement with project partners and regulatory bodies to achieve the Affordable Housing Initiative Project outcomes.

Special Conditions

  • Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.

  • The successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Drivers Licence, which must be maintained.

Role Status
Long term contract up to 30 June 2026.

Desirable - Contract Management experience
Desirable - Project Management Qualifications or experience

Remuneration
$108,109 - $116,864 (ASO7)
