We are currently seeking applications for a Taxation Officer, to join RevenueSA, Property Services at The Department of Treasury & Finance for a period of up to 26 June 2026. More than one position available.

Remuneration: ASO3 – Salary Range ($67 589 - $72 033 p.a.).

About the opportunity:
Property Services is responsible for the accurate invoicing and assessment of land tax and the Emergency Services Levy.

This role will undertake the following activities:

  • Assessing exemptions and remissions;
  • Carrying out detailed investigations relating to the ownership of land and the assessment of land tax and the Emergency Services Levy;
  • Recognition of trust held land and the assessment of land tax for trust held land;
  • Processing queries relating to payments or financial data; and
  • Identifying system data discrepancies and making appropriate corrections.

The Taxation Officer reports to a team leader or person in a similar position.
