About the Role:

Intereach is seeking a passionate, efficient, and experienced professional to join the Marketing and Communications team in the role of Stakeholder Engagement and Public Relations Manager. This position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for increasing the organisations visibility and reputation within the community. This role manages public relations, media outreach, stakeholder engagement, and events to strengthen relationships with key audiences and promote the organisation's vision and purpose.

As a member of the Strategic Leadership Team, the Stakeholder Engagement and Public Relations Manager will commit to lead Intereach with courage, humility, discipline, excellence, and integrity, fostering a culture of continuous growth and development. This includes a commitment to champion diversity, equality, inclusion, health and wellbeing.

If this sounds like you and you hold a tertiary qualification in Business and / or Marketing and / or Communications and / or Public Relations, experience in event management an community engagement and proven experience to lead a small team then we would love to hear form you.

This position is full time 38hrs per week based at any Intereach office requiring regular in-office presence and the position also requires travel.

This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award as a level 6.1 with an annual salary starting at $106,389.92 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
