The Role

Set the Strategy – Develop and implement logistics strategies that drive business growth.

Operational Leadership – Oversee transportation, warehouse operations, and inventory management.

Business Development – Build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and key stakeholders.

Financial Performance – Maximise revenue, control costs, and enhance profitability.

People Leadership – Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics team.

Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to CoR, transport regulations, and safety standards.

Performance Monitoring – Analyse KPIs and implement improvements for efficiency and service quality.
About You

Proven leadership experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain management.

A strong business mindset with a track record of driving operational efficiencies.

Expertise in logistics systems, warehousing, and transport network optimisation.

Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Proficiency in logistics software (WMS, TMS) and data-driven decision-making.

A practical and proactive approach to risk management and compliance.
