An industry leader in the Automotive space is seeking a driven Territory Manager – QLD to join their team. This is a field-based role, requiring full-time travel across the Queensland region to engage with customers, drive sales growth, and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This role will also require interstate travel.Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular face-to-face visits
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets in line with company objectives
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans, including sales campaigns and budgeting
• Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic countermeasures
• Manage CRM tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting
• Deliver training programs and attend trade-related activities as required
About You:
• Previous experience in sales with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines is advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently on the road
• Energetic, yet humble person, with the ability to take initiative and problem solve
• Must be comfortable with full-time travel across the assigned territory, with occasional interstate travel as required
