We are a dynamic and award-winning law firm with offices in Gosford and Newcastle. We are currently seeking a professional, well-presented, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Gosford team.
As the first point of contact for our clients, the Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position involves a variety of office support tasks, including but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting clients with a friendly and professional manner

Handling telephone calls and directing them appropriately

Managing mail distribution and office correspondence

Setting up and clearing meeting rooms for client meetings

Photocopying, scanning, and organising documents

Opening, closing, and maintaining client files
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment

Demonstrate exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills

Be highly organised and efficient in managing tasks

Have the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
