About the Opportunity
Beaumont Care Wamuran is a modern residential aged care service set in the midst of strawberry and pineapple farms, north-west of Caboolture. Our 80 bed residential aged care service supports residents with a variety of care needs from aging in place to specialised dementia support.
We are currently seeking an AHPRA registered Registered Nurse to join the team as a Clinical Nurse, on a permanent full-time basis. This role is 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with a one-in-eight pattern of on-call support to our aged care sites. It is a shared role with another full time CN, supported by a strong team of RN's, EN's and care staff.
In this key role, you will be leading the provision of quality resident care and services, and working closely with the local doctors, allied health professionals, and families/ representatives, while consulting with residents, to achieve the best care outcomes for all.
About You
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as an RN
- Prior experience as an RN in an Aged Care environment
- Prior expereince as a CN highly regarded, but not essential
- Current NDIS Worker Screening card, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation module prior to commencement
- Keen eye for details with accurate record keeping and documentation skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a customer focussed approach to quality, improvements and feedback
Please note: Due to our location, public transport can be tricky, so you will need to have reliable transport to and from work daily.
