About the role
Parklands Community Preschool is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Trainee. This is a contract position located in Kariong NSW , offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience while working towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care .
What you'll be doing

Assisting in the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs for children aged 3-5 years

Providing high-quality care and supervision to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children

Participating in daily experiences, including meals, relaxation time, and responsive play-focused learning

Communicating effectively with parents and families to build strong partnerships

Undertaking ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
