About the role
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to join our newly rebranded organisation to shape and implement impactful marketing strategies in a fresh brand landscape. You’ll spearhead exciting new programs of work and develop campaigns that resonate and grow our customer base to enhance brand awareness.
Reporting to the EGM Brand, Marketing & Communications, you will:
- Develop and implement our national brand strategy, ensuring strong market positioning and engagement.
- Deliver an annual marketing Program of Work (POW) across our key service lines, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, translating strategy into targeted, effective campaigns.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across direct, digital, and third-party channels to drive customer growth.
- Manage and report marketing performance and budgets, ensuring strong ROI.
- Develop compelling sales and marketing collateral, supporting a seamless customer journey.
- Inspire and mentor a high performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal/external partners and stakeholders.
About you
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader with:
- 7 + years’ experience in a senior marketing role, leading high-impact campaigns and brand strategies.
- Proven success in developing and launching brands in market with strong brand tracking capabilities.
- Expertise in integrated marketing, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making to drive business performance.
- Experience in traditional and digital marketing channels, including media buying, direct mail, and experiential marketing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working with senior leaders and external agencies.
- A collaborative, results-driven mindset with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
