Due to an opening within our business, we are seeking a friendly, outgoing office all rounder to assist the internal team with general sales administration, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
The role will cover multiple daily duties which you will be required to focus on, however the main areas of this positions are:
- Coordinating incoming inquiries
- Data entry of quotes and orders
- Liaising with factory & warehouse staff to produce positive customer outcomes
- Maintaining internal filing system
About you:
- Customer service/data entry background
- High attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with with internal and external stakeholders
We also expect that you will have:
- Excellent communication and ‘people skills'
- The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about our products and markets.
- Good business sense and a professional manner
- High work ethic, practical, action orientated person
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff, management, directors and external contacts.
