We are currently seeking a confident and experienced Licensing Clerk to join our team at Pilbara Motor Group based at our Welshpool office.
About Us
Pilbara Motor Group is a family run business which started in Port Hedland as a small Pilbara dealership.
22+ years on it now has 12 locations covering the Pilbara region and selling the market leading brands- Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu Ute & employing over 200 people living locally in the Pilbara region.
Supporting the dealerships in Welshpool is our operation Perth Motor Bodies- consisting of pre-delivery workshop (vehicle fit out), fabrication workshop, paint shop and corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:

Process vehicle registration and licensing transactions for customers.

Manage and maintain records related to vehicle registrations, transfers, and renewals.

Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for licensing and compliance matters.

Prepare and submit relevant paperwork for new and used vehicle sales.

Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all required documentation.

Handle customer inquiries related to vehicle licensing and registrations.

Assist with other general administrative tasks and duties as required.
To Be Successful You Will Need:
-
Previous experience in a similar administrative or licensing role (automotive experience is a plus).

Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software; experience with vehicle registration systems is advantageous.

A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
