Join Our Team as an In-Home Care Direct Care Worker with Domestic Duties! About the Role : We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Workers to support our clients in living independently at home. Your responsibilities will include:
- In-home care-based position assisting clients with activities of daily living, including domestic cleaning, personal care and respite
- Providing domestic assistance throughout the clients’ home and meal preparation.
- Supporting community access and transportation to appointments.

- Casual position - Flexible start and finish times

- Are you Empathetic, respectful, and reliable?
- Do you hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability, or first-year Bachelor of Nursing?
- Have you completed your First Aid and CPR training?
- Do you have a Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence, comprehensive car insurance and reliable transport that you can use to visit our clients' homes?
- Are you available at least 3 days a week, during business hours Monday to Friday?
- Is your availability flexible and able to meet clients’ needs?
As a Direct Care Worker with Domestic Cleaning Duties in home care, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life. Working independently, your day-to-day tasks will vary, making each day unique and rewarding. You might support clients with:
- Daily living, including assistance with meal preparation, personal hygiene and mobility.
- Household domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry.
- Transport, which may be taking clients Shopping or to an appointments.
Overall, your day will be filled with varied tasks and meaningful interactions, all aimed at helping clients live their best lives in the comfort of their own homes.
