About the RoleAs an Instructional Designer, you will lead the development, implementation, and promotion of technology-enhanced learning strategies. Your expertise will empower educators to integrate best-practice digital solutions into teaching and assessment, ensuring students receive high-quality, engaging, and flexible learning experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop innovative digital learning initiatives.Support and upskill educators in blended learning and digital capability.Develop and maintain high-quality and engaging online learning resources, ensuring compliance with national training products, copyright and accessibility standards.Provide expert advice and support on Learning Management System (LMS) tools, troubleshooting issues as needed.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive digital learning capability across the Institute.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Experience in VET or corporate learning and development, with a focus on blended learning solutions.Expertise in Moodle-based LMS and digital learning tools such as H5P, small-scale video creation, etc.Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.A passion for researching and applying emerging learning technologies.The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
