Role: Lead Teacher - Educational Leader
Location: Geelong – VIC
Centre: Goodstart Grovedale – Pioneer Road
Employment Type: Permanent – Full time. 38 Hours per week
Pay: $50.17-$66.11 Per hour + Super

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Grovedale – Pioneer Road
- As Teacher – Educational Leader, you will work with the Centre Leadership Team to uplift pedagogy in the centre
- Float position – working across all rooms
- The centre has recently welcomed a cohort of Graduate Teachers, you will work with them to help develop their professional identity and Teaching practice

You’ll need:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current VIT ECE Registration
- Minimum 3 years experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher
