About Us
We are an established construction projects company based in Bendigo with a strong portfolio of successful developments. We are currently seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Office Manager to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of our office. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will have the opportunity to work within a small, friendly and dedicated team and be actively involved in the business to make a positive and valued contribution.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient and smooth workflows

Provide support with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations

Oversee and assist with Payroll

Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including debt management

Assist with end of month reporting obligations

Reconciliation of bank accounts

Complete Business Activity Statements

Provide relief to other Administration roles when required

Lead a small, dedicated team of administration staff
Skills and Experience
-
Proven experience in an Office Manager role

Strong organisational and time management skills
-
Knowledge of Incolink, LeavePlus and the construction industry is an advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Xero
-
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
