About Us

We are an established construction projects company based in Bendigo with a strong portfolio of successful developments. We are currently seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Office Manager to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of our office. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will have the opportunity to work within a small, friendly and dedicated team and be actively involved in the business to make a positive and valued contribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient and smooth workflows

  • Provide support with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations

  • Oversee and assist with Payroll

  • Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including debt management

  • Assist with end of month reporting obligations

  • Reconciliation of bank accounts

  • Complete Business Activity Statements

  • Provide relief to other Administration roles when required

  • Lead a small, dedicated team of administration staff

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager role

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Knowledge of Incolink, LeavePlus and the construction industry is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Xero

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
