About The Role
We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our Vic leadership team in this exciting, fast-paced, full-time, permanent role.
As a Branch Manager, you will be entrusted to manage all aspects of branch operations and lead your team to drive growth, exceed targets, and deliver outstanding results. Your leadership skills will be key in inspiring and managing teams across multiple services, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Responsibilities
As a Branch Manager, you will enjoy a day including:
Providing input and assisting the state leadership team with preparing annual budgets and business plansManaging the branch staffing requirements including recruitment, rostering, training, performance managementBuilding and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and support sales staff, as neededPlanning and driving marketing of branch services and products and play an active role in campaigns, field days, client nights and community eventsPrioritising the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders’ zero-harm culture
About You
To excel at AIRR, you have:
Experience leading dynamic sales teams and an understanding of agricultural servicesStrong business and financial acumen with ability to interpret and prepare P&L reportsPassion for building strong relationships, internally and externally, creating a positive and collaborative team environment Proficiency with the Microsoft suite and strong communication skills, verbally and written Qualifications in Business Management/ Agriculture (preferred)
