We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from SITE ADMINISTRATORS for a pivotal role to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for both white & blue collar personnel. Geelong based – must be willing to travel to site.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Coordinate IT setup, including user account configuration and equipment registration.
- Manage registrations for site access and guide individuals through online and face-to-face induction processes.
- Provide clear onboarding instructions to Contractors and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Track IT equipment issued to the team, ensuring proper return protocols are followed post-assignment.
- Organize face-to-face inductions and coordinate schedules with Contractors and security teams.
- Ensure all training requirements are met prior to attendance at on-site inductions
- Maintain training records and develop comprehensive matrices for contractor training compliance.
- Collaborate with health teams regarding necessary safety certifications.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience (min. 3yrs) in Site Administration preferably in Mining, O&G and heavy Industrial sectors
- Proven capability with onboarding and mobilization processes
- A strong communicator able to liaise with key stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with IT systems for user account setup and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in tools like MS Visio for documentation
- Meticulous attention to detail to manage inventories and ensure compliance with onboarding processes
- Experience in maintaining accurate documentation and databases
- Able to work extended site hours (10-12hr days) during shutdown periods inclusive of weekend work during peak times
