About the Team & Business Line

Main Job Functions

As a core member of our Investor Relations team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Position Purpose:

  • Your role will encompass servicing investment managers and their investors on a daily basis
    Main Job Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge, private equity and real estate funds.
  • Maintaining shareholders registers and acting as transfer agent.
  • Processing and confirming subscriptions, redemptions and transfers;
  • Communicating with investors and investment managers.
  • Processing payments and other transactions.
  • Performing all of the investor related services of the Company’s investment fund clients;
  • Meeting expectations of fund participants, adhering to deadlines, ensuring the rules and representations of the fund are adhered to;
  • Daily maintenance of all data and records for the Investor Relations Group which entails, managing the filing system by ensuring transaction and investor records are filed and maintained efficiently and comprehensively.
  • Updating Investor records on our transfer agency system, and periodically performing database updates and management.
  • Assisting auditors and other fund participants and advisers.

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role in the Finance Industry.
  • Fluency in the English language with excellent written & oral communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word essential.

  • Follows up on outstanding queries to ensure completion.
  • Recognises issues, problems, or opportunities and determines whether action is needed.
  • Establishes criteria and/or work procedures to achieve a high level of quality, productivity and service.
  • Takes pride & a sense of achievement from successful teamwork.
  • Your role will encompass all facets of the calculation of net asset values.
  • Assisting the senior fund analyst and account managers
