Your team
The Strategic Communications division of Sodali & Co are experts in helping clients navigate and manage the complex dynamic of shareholder and stakeholder interests to drive successful outcomes and build long-term stakeholder capital.
The Investor Relations team is specifically focused on IR advisory, implementing strategic financial calendar programs, proactive market engagement, investor roadshows, perceptions audits, investor and analyst targeting and providing market intelligence.
You will be joining a high-performing team of IR consultants based in Sydney and Perth, working with clients across all sectors and market capitalisations, including some of the ASX’s largest listed companies.

Your role
Associate
In this role, you will:
- Actively support the team working across a portfolio of client projects and accounts.
- Gain exposure to other areas of the firm, including as part of multi-disciplinary teams.
- Represent clients professionally in direct stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Draft client collateral such as investor presentations, ASX announcements, fact sheets, key messages, Q&As and other stakeholder communications.
- Provide research support and coordinate client reports on market intelligence.
- Develop and replicate efficient account management disciplines.
- Demonstrate willingness for ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to a collegiate and inclusive team culture.
Your experience and qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in investor relations or financial markets is preferable, but not prerequisite.
- Financial literacy and markets acumen and/or an interest in developing these skills is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to ensure the accuracy of work.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing business and client needs.
- A proactive self-starter ready to hit the ground running.
