Located in Sydney's creative precinct in the Eastern suburbs, this role will help you leverage your passion for luxury product ranges and interiors. You will be servicing walk-in clients, consumers, architects, interior designers, developers etc. You'll be working one-on-one with a designer or consumer in the morning, and then hosting a group of key accounts in the late afternoon by organising showroom events and presentations in the showroom.
You take pride in delivering an outstanding showroom experience and excellent customer service. Your love of refinement and detail pays dividends while you liaise with consumers, designers, and architects. Your personal organisation and quiet hustle will elevate customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. As is typical of showroom roles, you'll be working on Saturday and taking Monday off. (The showroom is closed on Sunday.)
This role has the potential to lead to further career development into a field sales role based on performance. In addition, you have access to staff discounts and ongoing training and development.

Your responsibilities...
- Sales to a broad cross section of customers, such as consumers, builders, architects and designers
- Deliver an exceptional showroom experience befitting your client's high expectations
- Co-ordination of opportunities to bring clients into the showroom and provide an outstanding brand experience
- Consult and provide presentations to highlight key product features
- Execution of events, launches, and functions
- Administration, use for CRM, preparation of quotes, follow-ups and coordination of showroom bookings
- Administrative support to the field sales team and Sales Manager
- Availability to work occasional evenings and Saturdays
Your skills & experience
- A background in retail sales with a passion for interiors and architecture is ideal
- Poise, communication and presentation skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and consistent follow-up and administration skills
- Exposure to courting architects and interior designers in a showroom environment is an advantage but not essential
- Expertise in event development, management, hospitality, catering etc.
