As the Multi Site Operator, you’ll drive sales and lead both teams to create unforgettable customer experiences across both locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned single site Store Manager to elevate their career with a leading, iconic brand in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management – Lead, inspire and motivate a team of baristas, donut decorators and team members while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages growth and development.
Customer Experience – Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards and handling customer enquiries and complaints effectively.
Operational Excellence – Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Sales and Marketing – Drive sales growth through effective promotional strategies and store events.
Training and Development – Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to ensure the team meets Gloria Jean’s and Donut King brand standards.
Administrative Duties – Manage store budgets, rostering, stock control and scheduling to ensure efficient store operations.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role within the cafe or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Previous Barista experience is highly regarded
- Ability to work fulltime hours (38hrs per week) flexibly across weekdays and weekends.
