The People Unit encompasses all the responsibilities associated with Human Resources, namely Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Remuneration, People Operations, Learning & Organisation, Health Safety & Wellbeing, and Workplace Relations.
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will support end-to-end Professional recruitment under the guidance of more senior team members. This includes but isn't limited to, liaising with hiring managers to establish recruitment requirements, writing & posting adverts, shortlisting & screening candidates and supporting offer negotiations.
You will have:
- Recruitment experience across a variety of role types in either an agency or in-house recruitment function
- Strong communications skills including establishing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
- A passion for delivering high-quality customer centric recruitment services
- Demonstrable organisation and planning skills to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work collaboratively within and across teams
- The ability to be flexible, proactive and responsive in the face of change
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- High level of IT literacy
What we offer
Base Salary Range: $95,893 to $103,828 (HEW6)
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.
The position is full-time and will be made on a continuing basis.
