In this role, you will:

Provide administrative assistance and support the planning and delivery of various program activities and events across the north NSW coast region.

Organise and coordinate regular stakeholder meetings, including the creation and maintenance of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up actions.

Assist in the development and facilitation of online and face to face meetings, webinars and events.

Use MS Office Suite daily, carry out research, collate data, analyse information, and draft monthly reports.

Engage with a diverse range of clients and undertake other ad-hoc reporting and admin tasks, where needed.
Essential requirements:
-
Proven experience in administrative assistance, or similar roles requiring strong professional, administrative, and business acumen.

Previous stakeholder and/or client management experience, and the ability interact professionally and confidently with a variety of stakeholders.

Proficiency in MS Office , particularly Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint.

Adaptable, open, conscientious, and collaborative, with strong time management and attention to detail.

Demonstration of a results-orientated, positive, can-do approach; whilst operating with integrity.

The ability to effectively work within a team and also work autonomously.

Possess confidence, resilience, and the drive required for delivery of high-quality service.

Hold or have a willingness to obtain a CVCheck and Working With Children Check.

Experience in events coordination, support and/or assistance, and an enjoyment in engaging with attendees and other industry stakeholders (highly regarded).
