About the Role:
We are searching for a OOSH Team Leader to lead our amazing Out of School Hours Care team at Intereach, for a proposed service in Barham.
The Team Leader supports the delivery of our Educational Program for our after-school care and vacation care service. We are continually improving the quality of our Service Delivery as we strive to deliver Service Excellence every day, every session.
At Intereach, children are at the heart of everything we do. We guide children’s growth via a child focused, age appropriate engaging program. Our educators foster a safe, inclusive environment where children can relax, have fun, and grow.
The successful applicant will have well-developed leadership skills, computer skills and demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, excellent time management and organisation skills, have an enthusiastic & engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships. You will have a strong commitment to upholding the Intereach values and a great knowledge of services available in your community. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear more about you.
We are seeking expressions of interest for those located in Barham, Koondrook, Kerang, Deniliquin, Swan Hill, Echuca, Gunbower, Moama and Cohuna. This position is Part time (up to 30hrs per week).
This position has been classified under the Children Services Award as Level 4.1 with an hourly rate of $32 (can be negotiated depending on qualification) + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
