We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Guesthouse Receptionist, Bar Attendant, and Social Media Superstar. This unique role requires excellent customer service skills, hospitality experience, social media proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a vibrant environment. Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.

Respond to guest inquiries, provide information about the guesthouse and local attractions.

Manage booking systems, emails, and phone calls.
-
Ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for all guests.
-
Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Perform general administrative duties including entry of invoices as required.
Bar Attendant Duties:

Prepare and serve beverages, soft drinks, and coffee.

Provide table service including taking orders and delivery of food and beverages.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area.

Stock and replenish bar inventory as needed.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Interact with guests to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Process payments and handle cash register operations.
Social Media Manager Duties:

Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

Respond to online inquiries and engage with followers.
-
Promote special events, offers, and activities at the guesthouse and bar.

Capture high-quality photos and videos to showcase the guesthouse experience.

Monitor trends and analytics to optimize online engagement.
Requirements:

Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of bartending and beverage preparation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.

Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics in photography and videography.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

A friendly, approachable, and proactive personality.

Must be able to work weekends (no nights)

RSA/ RCG Required
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in hotel reception, bar service, or social media marketing.

Knowledge of reservation and POS systems.

Understanding of hospitality industry trends.

Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
