Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our busy Armidale Office. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional impression for our clients and visitors.
Duties include answering the phone and directing calls, greeting clients, making appointments, handling ATO correspondence, as well as mail, banking and general administration tasks.
This role requires great customer service, teamwork and communication skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft office.
Administration qualifications and previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded, but not a requirement for the role.
We understand that life has its own tempo. This is a part time role performed Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, so you get to balance your work commitments with the other important aspects in your life – whether it's family, personal projects, or simply some well-deserved downtime. This role can be performed in 3 full days or school hour days.
