Description:

Programmed is currently looking for an experienced Part-Time Administration Officer to join our client based locally in Tamworth NSW. Our client is a specialist in stock and freight distribution with over 55 depots nationwide and a vast international delivery network with a renowned reputation for same day delivery.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with ability to work Full-time hours when covering annual/personal leave

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administration duties, including customer service, handling phone calls, and assisting walk-in inquiries
  • Accounts and invoicing experience (desirable)
  • Data collection and preparation of analytical reports
  • Reception duties
  • Taking deliveries and managing depot collections, including some manual handling
  • Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
  • Document management, filing, and archiving
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with solid Excel experience
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Hold a valid Australian driver's license
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia
  • Ability to provide two current work references
  • Availability to cover full-time hours when required for leave coverage
