About The Program
Parent Pathways is a transformative initiative designed to empower parents of children under six, especially those experiencing disadvantage. Through tailored support, the program helps parents achieve their educational and employment goals, while addressing complex challenges with a strengths-based, person-centred approach.
About The Role
We are seeking a passionate Mentor who can:
Deliver quality, person-centred case management using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach.Support participants to identify and achieve education and employment goals through tailored planning and coaching.Engage with employers and community stakeholders to enhance participants' access to resources and opportunities.Manage documentation to support performance and quality standards.
About You
To Thrive In This Role, You Will Bring
A minimum Certificate III in Community Services, Employment Services, or a related field.Experience in case management and supporting people with complex needs.Strong interpersonal, coaching and problem solving skills.Lived experience navigating disadvantage and accessing employment services (highly desirable).
