The Gigs:
In these customer service roles, you’ll be at the heart of delivering top-notch support, whether it’s managing orders, processing returns, quoting, or addressing customer queries. No two days will be the same as you’ll handle a variety of tasks, from pre-sales support to post-sales follow-ups, and everything in between.
Expect to be the first point of contact for both internal teams and external customers, using phone, email, and online communication to resolve issues, follow up on sales, and build lasting relationships. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet will help you thrive in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You’ll work closely with teams to ensure timely order processing, resolve complaints, and ensure customers are satisfied with their experience.
About you:
A natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.Experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality support.A proactive, flexible attitude with strong organizational skills.Background in industries such as plumbing, air conditioning, construction, or industrial equipment is a bonus, but not required.Familiar with MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems - experience with SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
