Position: Administrative Support
Responsibilities:

Maintain and organise client records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Follow up with clients on missing or incomplete information and deadlines.

Collaborate with tax agents to ensure accurate and timely lodgment of SMSF-related forms and reports to relevant authorities.

Coordinate with clients to collect necessary financial data and documentation for SMSF compliance and reporting purposes.

Conduct preliminary reviews of client-provided documents to identify potential discrepancies and request clarifications when required.

Provide general administrative support to the tax agents and the SMSF administration team as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative role.

Familiarity with SMSF administration, superannuation, or tax regulations is an advantage - though full training will be provided.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experienced in data entry and file management.

Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
