Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and manage B2B client accounts delivering customer excellence, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Resolve issues decisively, market our extensive product range, and showcase our product features and benefits.
Travel extensively to meet and exceed sales targets in your territory and support the Business in managing key multi state accounts.
Organise and manage your schedule to deliver results and exceed expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
A team player with B2B sales experience and a passion for customer service, or a person who has significant experience within a related or sensitive industry.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build trust, demonstrate empathy, and handle emotionally sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to hit targets, and add value to customer relationships.
High level numeracy skills including, but not limited to, the ability to understand sales forecasting, analyse sales trends and interpret customer financial performance.
Time management skills and a hunger to succeed, prepared to learn the funeral industry from the bottom up.
A love for, and the ability to travel and work autonomously.
