Reporting to the Group General Manager & Owner, we are seeking an experienced, passionate, enthusiastic and self-driven Restaurant Manager to join and lead a great team.

The Role
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who is driven, team-focused, and passionate about hospitality. In this role, you will support the Group General Manager & Owner in overseeing daily operations, leading and mentoring the front-of-house team, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Acting as the figurehead of the restaurant, driving it to success
• Overseeing service to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience
• Leading, mentoring, and training the front-of-house team
• Managing reservations, staff schedules, and daily restaurant operations
• Assisting with cost control, inventory management, and financial performance
• Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
• Contributing to marketing initiatives and guest engagement strategies
What We’re Looking For
• This role is not suitable for entry level applicants
• Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting
• Exceptional knowledge of food and wine
• A hands-on leader who can inspire and motivate a team
• A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
• Familiarity with food safety, liquor licensing, and industry regulations
Position Details
• Permanent full-time position - this is a salaried position operating on a 5 day roster.
• 45 hours per week
