The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team, oversee day-to-day operations, and uphold the high standards we’re known for. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-service venue with high-volume trade and a strong functions business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of a multi-service venue open 7 days a week
- Drive excellence in service delivery and guest experience across all touchpoints
- Manage and mentor a large FOH team, including section waitstaff, bar, hosts, and supervisors
- Oversee floor service, bookings, function execution, and bar operations
- Monitor venue performance and control costs, including labour, stock, and wastage
- Ensure RSA, WHS, and food safety compliance at all times
- Support the planning and execution of private and corporate functions alongside the events team
- Represent the venue on the floor during key trade times, setting the tone for service and culture
The Skills
- 3+ years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager, or F&B leadership role
- Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-service operations with a diverse team
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and build a positive team culture
- Strong commercial acumen—comfortable managing service and financial performance
- Proficient in rostering, wage control, COGS, and stock management
- Level-headed under pressure with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Current RMLV and RSA certifications are advantageous
