About the Role:
Join the St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane team as a Clergy Clinical care Co-ordinator Nursing role, working out in the community, working in partnership with the Archdiocese of Brisbane. This is a part time position, working 32 hours per week, initially a fixed term contract of 12 months, with the potential of becoming permanent.
We are seeking high organised candidates to apply, who have experience working as a community nurse or care-coordinator.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following qualities:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Advanced clinical practice
- The ability to support and coordinate the clinical practice and care consistent with the needs of the client with often complex health and mobility needs
- An understanding of, and respect for the history, heritage and tradition of the Catholic Church

REMUNERATION:
The position of Congregational / Clergy Registered Nurse, in addition to our competitive salary packaging options, is a Classification/Grade with a base remuneration of $52.28 - $56.01 + superannuation based on experience level and relevant qualifications, exclusive of shift penalties or allowances.
