The Role:
You will be joining a dynamic team at FES that services a portfolio of companies including one of Australia’s fastest growing Fintechs, a leading Property Advisory, Finance Brokerage and Proptech business.
If you are eager to learn more about finance, property and wealth strategies in a fast paced environment, then this is the role for you.
You will be trained and supported in setting appointments for inbound and outbound enquires in order to setup qualified appointments for our accredited and licensed, advisors, brokers and consultants.
You will work closely with marketing teams to understand all brands, client types, customer journeys and sales pitches.
You are expected to be available to work up to 25-30 hours per week, 5 days per week, mainly during office hours, with alternative part-time flexible options made available to the right applicants.We are Seeking:

Professional Sales Counsultants, with a keen interest in the finance sector.

Sales experience preferred, but not required.

Strong Communication Skills and professional phone manner.

Results driven with a motivation to hit KPI's and targets to unlock generous sales bonus tiers.

Ambitious, Energetic, Positive, Strong Work Ethic.

Technical capability with using Mac OS systems, Hubspot, Google suite & Excel.

Casual Employment period, during a 3 month probation period with a Base weekly rate of $800 + Uncapped Commissions.

Post probation, option to change to a permanent part-time or full-time option, with a higher base.
