Job Summary:
The Office Administrator performs a full range of administrative support functions, including prompt, courteous and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders in line with The Stockwell Plan.
The Office Administrator will liaise with clients while providing valuable support and assistance to the EA/Office Manager and the Leadership Team for our Stockwell offices across Queensland.

· The Office Administrator will be a multi-tasker, who can work autonomously while handling a wide range of administrative tasks that enable the office to run smoothly;
· Excellent organisational and time management skills;
· Professional phone manners;
· A positive attitude and a willingness to learn;
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
· High attention to detail;
· Ability to work well within a team environment as well as autonomously;
· Proficient at Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
· Proficient with CRM systems; and
· Be interested in this role as a career.
