Job Description:
As an Office Administrator, you will handle a wide range of administrative duties and be a pivotal first point of contact for our operations. Your role will be crucial in supporting our installation and sales teams, ensuring operational continuity and enhanced efficiency across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties: Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide stellar customer service.
- Client Interaction: Manage all inbound solar and battery inquiries, set appointments for sales consultants, and maintain high customer engagement.
- Support Teams: Assist the installation and sales teams by managing schedules, logistics, and client communications.
- Data Management: Conduct CRM data entry, ensuring all client information is accurately maintained and up-to-date.
- Administrative Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the installation team, sales team, and director to enhance efficiency and support the company's operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
