At Techskill Academy, we don’t just dabble in digital marketing; we rely on it to drive our business forward. The strategy is set, but we need a sharp, tactical specialist to take the reins on execution. This is a hands on role where you’ll be deep in the data, fine tuning campaigns, and pinpointing exactly what’s working…and what’s not!

You’ll be our go to expert for making sure our campaigns perform at their absolute best, and when they don’t, you’ll know exactly why.

This isn’t a management role, it’s an execution-first, impact-driven position where your expertise directly fuels our growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Run, optimise, and scale digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, keeping a laser focus on lead generation, ROAS, CPL, and CPC.

  • Dig into performance data, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and drive better results.

  • Prepare reports that actually matter! No fluff, just sharp, data driven insights on campaign results, lead quality, and conversion rates.

  • Diagnose lead flow and conversion issues, determining whether roadblocks are from marketing execution or external factors like sales processes or market.

  • Communicate findings clearly and assertively! Your insights will drive decisions, so we need someone who can make the numbers tell a story.

  • Adapt and refine execution tactics to ensure campaigns keep performing, no matter how the digital landscape shifts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing large scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns ($1.5M+ annual ad spend).

  • A track record of delivering high performing campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI.

  • A sharp analytical mindset. You love digging into data, spotting trends, and figuring out what makes people click (literally).

  • Excellent communication skills. You can confidently present insights and explain why something is (or isn’t) working.

  • Detail-obsessed execution. You won’t let a single decimal point go unnoticed.

  • Hands on, demonstrable, proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and ManyChat.

  • A results first mentality! You focus on impact over effort.

  • The ability to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast-moving environment, using agile methodologies to stay ahead.

  • Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint are a bonus.
