About the role
- Onsite and full time, working from our Sunshine Coast headquarters
- Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to us after an insured event
- Assist customers during their crucial moments by smoothly initiating their claims process
- Find win-win solutions for clients and Youi, efficiently troubleshooting any issues
- Act as a direct link between customers and service providers, ensuring seamless communication
- Use your customer service skills to create a positive and memorable claims experience
About you
- A strong background in customer service and a genuine desire to assist customers
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and service providers
- Problem-solving abilities to navigate various scenarios and find mutually beneficial solutions
- Quick thinking and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy and patience to provide emotional support and guidance to customers during stressful situations
