We are recruiting for a Service Electrician & Foreman to join and established Electrical Contractor located on the Sunshine Coast that offers over 50 years of combined experience and delivers comprehensive solutions in electrical, data, security, and infrastructure projects across Australia.They are offering a full-time, permanent dayshift position with excellent opportunities for growth and future career development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily corrective and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Identify and diagnose faults, taking appropriate corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, participating in root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Install electrical systems and components for new equipment setups.
- Minimize production downtime by delivering efficient preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
- Accurately complete all required documentation and maintenance records as per company guidelines.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards in all repair and maintenance activities.
You are a skilled and versatile electrical supervisor with strong time management abilities and a proven history of successfully delivering on large-scale projects, especially within industrial & commercial sectors.
- Demonstrate initiative in dynamic, fast-paced environments, making confident decisions using your expertise.
- Foster a safety-first culture while upholding the company's values and standards.
- Provide strong leadership by mentoring and effectively sharing knowledge with your team.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, contributing to the company's long-term success and profitability.
- Current QLD Electrical Licence and trade qualified
- Experience with PLC fault finding is highly regarded, but not essential
- Good attitude and communications skills with a safety focussed mindset
- Ability to work individually or part of a team
- Motivated to upskill and learn
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport
