Job Description
As Workshop Supervisor, you will supervise a dynamic team of tradespeople, apprentices and supporting staff working alongside an experienced planning team. You will have aptitude for maintenance excellence across our dealerships and brands. Your pragmatic leadership will ensure our workshop operates efficiently, safely and profitably delivering industry-best service standards.
The Opportunity
SCIG is seeking applications for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor based in Mackay.
To be considered you must possess:

Leadership experience within workshop operations and maintenance or similar role. Ideally across various dealerships.

Diesel, LV or engineering Trade or Diploma qualification.

Be able to interpret schematics, manuals and technical drawings.

Excellent communication skills.

Computer skills using scheduling and software programs including word and excel.

Ability to lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Identify and execute realistic process improvements and apply continuous improvement initiatives.

Schedule and coordinate major equipment refurbishments.

Strong work ethic, problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Fast paced and quick-thinking, can-do attitude.
